Brooke graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Textile Design and a second degree in Art Education. Her passion lies in creating, educating and encouraging others to explore their own creative identity. Her paintings and patterns highlight her unique color choices.
She has had the pleasure of working, collaborating, and interning with some amazing mover-shakers in the art world, including: textile designer and artist, Susan Hable of Hable Construction; Athens based photographer, Rhine Allen; artist and educator, Hope Hilton, artist and designer, Lulie Wallace; Umano ("fashion for good" apparel company that features children's artwork), Teysha (a company known for their beautiful, internationally hand-made boots, and The Archibald Project (modern-day story-tellers using their art to advocate for oprhan care all around the world)! Brooke is currently working as a Design Assistant for WestPoint Home LLC., a large bedding and bath manufacturer, in New York City.
